By measuring close to production, it is possible to quickly determine the quality and take direct countermeasures. The products from the Operating series adapt your quality assurance to the production environment and record the measurement data centrally. This allows possible adverse conditions such as temperature fluctuations to be regulated or manual measurement results to be integrated into automated processes.

ZEISS ThermoStation

Casing to protect against environmental influences

The ThermoStation makes it possible to shield measurement processes even against very high temperature fluctuations and harsh conditions in the production environment. For example, the ZEISS CONTURA coordinate measuring machine with its tightly enclosed casing can be used directly in production and is guaranteed to deliver genuine measurement results.
